Perfectly located in South Mission, you will love being here. 100 steps to the bay, and 200'ish steps to the beach. (I'm short, so could be less for you). You can split up your time between the two, or set off and explore all of what San Diego has to offer. See the Activities Page.
Why South Mission? San Diego has some great beaches, but few offer all the options that Mission Beach offers. Family oriented, and plenty to keep yourself busy or just lounge around and relax. We are located just close enough but not too far from all the hustle and bustle of Summertime at the Beach. This is the perfect spot to just unpack and relax.
On the beach side, you can go for a leisure walk for a few miles, along the beach or on the boardwalk. Running, biking, roller blades, skate boards. Walk up to Belmont Park, get the kids some wrist bands for all day activities and enjoy. Enjoy local restaurants, shops and if you'd like, check out the new gym and plunge pool. Hit the beach, enjoy the surf. Swimming, boogie boarding, surfing and building sand castles to your hearts content.
The bayside is great for paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking, boating and more. Take a long bike ride for miles around Mission Bay. One of my favorite parts of Mission Beach and Bay is the flat ground to run or bike on for miles on end. It's truly a great way to get a way from it all and enjoy the outdoors.
We've included some great amenities and toys for you to enjoy your time here. Rental shops are close by as well for more adventures.
We are just a short distance for the other great sites of San Diego, such as the World Famous San Diego Zoo and we are just 10 minutes from Sea World.
