Safety & Instructions

 We are including Safety Protocols and Information to help ensure you have a pleasant time. Be sure to review this with your family, especially children so they all feel safe during their time here. 

Beach: 


Beach House: 
  • Fire Extinguisher is under the Kitchen Sink
  • First Aid Kit located in the Pantry
  • BBQ on second floor deck. Turn on propane before lighting and don't forget to turn off propane when finished.  See instruction located in the kitchen. 
  • Thermostat located on 2nd floor hallway. Touch screen. This controls the AC and Heater. 
  • Key Entry. For your security, the key pad passcodes are changed each visit. You will be provided entry codes upon check in. 
  • Be sure to close all windows and doors when you are not present. We are not liable for any lost or stolen personal items you may have.

We have compiled a list of fun activities you'll want to check out.
