Property Disclosure:

This is a three story home.  The main floor has one bedroom, one bath and living area. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and living area. The third floor is the master suite. 

No Guarantee on Weather. San Diego weather is unpredictable. What was typical years ago, may not be what it is today.  Have you heard of May Gray and June Gloom? That is a typical saying in San Diego, however that is not always the case.  This Gray and Gloom refers to the marine layer along the coast which typically burns off by the afternoon. So in most cases your afternoons will be full of sunshine. Temperatures are pleasant year round, however be sure to check the weather when your packing for your visit.  

Master Bath is heated. The display on the jacuzzi tub in the master suite is not back lit. Please see sign posted by the tub for instructions to enjoy a nice spa bath.
